Collaborative and partnership working

Working together through partnership and collaboration is increasingly coming up as a priority area in the work of RCOs and across the voluntary sector. Many organisations are looking at ways to deliver the best projects and services to their members by joining together with others.

This draft Memorandum of Understanding (Word doc) has been developed to provide a basis for RCOs and similar organisations to develop an agreement to support their collaborative working. It is designed to be used with the MOU checklist (Word doc), which will help you to think through issues around collaborative relationships.

The Basis Project has also commissioned RCOs to develop a number of resources about partnership working that we hope you will find useful. Both the resource papers and the MOU checklist contain numerous links to further resources to help you to develop your collaborative and partnership work.
